Cocinas de New Mexico
This site is wonderfully simple and useful. It loads quickly and contains loads of recipes from the79 page Cocinas De New Mexico cookbook which is published by the Public Service Company of New Mexico. Proceeds from sales help provide utility supplements to needy residents of New Mexico. Illustrations by Gregory Truett Smith.
The Whole Enchilada
As the title suggests, this site attempts to lists everything its creator finds interesting in New Mexico. Forturnately, there IS a lot which is interesting. This is a valuable if not terribly focused resource.
