Holster, Revolver Belt
Brown leather belt-34" long. two snap closure.
Part of strip of leather holding snaps missing. Snaps themselves on 2 1/2" strip in place
Provenience: New Bloomfields, Mo.
Condition: Part of the leather strip holding snap closure of belt missing on 2 1/2" strip in place. Loop for holster closure torn. Both belt and holster quite worn out.
Period: 1861-1865
History: Used in Civil War, probably by Herschel Nichols.
